By using the word “plan” we aren’t talking here about the list of fantasies that the bank wants you to justify to them for a business loan.
You had a plan when you went into business. You wanted to develop the features and benefits that you were going to provide to the purchasing public (for which you charge a fee). Whether welding, pie making, consulting or paper recycling. Hopefully you also had a plan on how you were going to relate to the business. How you were going to grow it and have it work for you.
Business ownership isn’t some stinking job! It’s wonderment and heart-warming fun–and should also be profitable.
